Actually, the "partial" bottle problem was a part I already knew about. As Andy Carlson pointed out, the bottles don't do a perfect job of sealing and can evaporate volatiles. That was one of the

Bruce-
You may be suffering from the volitiles gassing off right past the lid (Tru-Coloe and AccuPaint use plastic bottles with often porely sealing lids. A real problem with AccuPaint over the years.
