Only speculation here but fabric could be to prevent spray from safeties ( overload condition? ) as spillage can be seen on tank. For the Beeno crowd familiar with this location, is this a rip track?

Interesting Rock Island salt car
Found an interesting photo of Rock Island salt car on Ebay. Anybody have any background on it? Was this a company service car or did they deliver salt to customers in it? I think they mined salt

While in principle a good idea, speaking only for myself I do one clinic a year for the various ROM meets that want me to and having the link circulate could possibly undercut interest at each venue.
