A quick trip through the University of Google library suggests that (i) meat will begin to freeze at about 30 F, and (ii) if you are going to freeze it, you need to freeze it hard (to 0 F or below)

Seen This before????Interesting B-50-17 pics
I saw a very similar, if not the same, car in Idaho Springs about 12 years ago. A farmers storage box car, not far from the freeway. Somewhere I have pictures of this car (Maybe).
