I can't make out the car number in that photo but I do know that GM&O numbered all of their MoW and related non-revenue equipment into 66000 and 67000 series numbers. If you

I agree Ray but it’s the only photo I’ve seen of a broadside of this modified type car.
Let me know your thoughts on the roof please. Radial or flat?

Re: Frisco stock car question
Late... but relevant.
I took the I mage Claus posted and tried to correct the color. I was able to get a tiny bit of blue into the sky w/o losing the BCR, corrected much of the contrast problems,

1967 repack date and absolutely no dimensional data. This is a MOW car. In revenue service, none got GM&O paint, and none survived past 1954.

Brian, Eric;
I thank You both for the info. I was thinking along the line of the icing platform itself, and didn't get my head
around the thought that it may not be referred to as the lateral.

Only one way to find out -- Offer them for sale on Ebay, and see what you get.
The absence of trucks and wheels would not bother anyone on THIS

Re: Lateral Running Boards
Eric;
Was there any reason they were not required on reefers with metal roofs? That seems like one of most potentially dangerous situations of all.
