Bob, you are reading too much into what I said! True, I despise the Intermountain roof, since the same toolmaker who tooled the very good IMWX, later Red Caboose, roof also did the Intermountain roof

Re: eBay Purchase of 3 Branchline 40-foot cars Arrived
Bill, and others-
Branchline cars are about .040" narrower than Intermountain house cars, so IM roofs are not an easy replacement, and the Intermountain rectangular panel roof is so bad I trash mine

Forthcoming Intermoutain extra detail semiscale wheels
Intermountain may be shipping their previously announced line of extra detail wheel sets. I would like to see a picture of them. Does anyone reading this have a link to some photos?
Thanks,

Re: Looking for 7' wide 6 panel superior door parts for 10'6" box car
Looking through my parts stash this morning I found I had 7', 8', and 9' doors of this configuration. Except for their width they are identical in terms of their detailing, and all were cast in white

Bill,
I'm looking for 5 ribs with 6 panels. Ed Hawkins contacted me and said they were a rare door. I may have to either cut down a Kadee version or scratch build it. Richard Townsend description

Nate:
Just to make sure what we are talking about, among my stash of C&BT kits I found 7-foot Superior doors w/6 ribs and 7 panels. You need doors w/5 ribs and 6 panels, correct?
Trying to make sure
