Definitely not. Harriman's control of the CP-SP ended long before these cars were built and even though both railroads continued to use "Common Standard" nomenclature I think

Michigan Central leased 200 of these UP cars from 1937 to 1942. I know some of the cars had the reporting marks changed to MCRR. The car in the photo does have a return to MCRR
