Re: MTH Reefers - Good, Bad Or Fair?
The model essentially represents plywood sides. I'm no expert on MDT, but I'm not aware that MDT ever experimented with plywood sheathing. Roger Hinman would know, and hopefully he will chime in.

Some other interesting cars there, too. Note the boat load on the B&O P-11 flat car - a prototype for all those HO toy-like cars! Also there is a Frisco single sheathed box car carrying grain. Note

You shouldn't post photos to the Files section. The Files section is limited to 2 GB and would be filled up soon if someone posted photos in it. The Photo section has a limit of 100 GB.

Bill,
I thought when I said that the gun was in recoil, that it meant it had just been fired. I see I should have also clearly stated that, also.

So this is how one posts photos on this group?
The Files section seems to be accepting new additions for text files and photos.
Yet the Photos section has not had any additions since March

Re: New file uploaded to STMFC
Actually, it appears that the M7 in question has just been fired. The soldiers covering their ears, and the slight cloud of smoke in front of the barrel tend to lend credence to my statement.

It appears that the new flat car stakes were randomly removed from the nearest wood pile. It is a great picture, thanks for sharing it.
