I just found it on Amazon for $12. And my local Ace Hardware store has it for $9.59 SC Johnson “Pledge Revive It”

Intermountain did a type 27 tank car. It was not a Red Caboose Model. These were covered in several issues of the RP-CYC as well as on list.
