I'll tell you what it lacks, tack.
I thought tacky glue would remain tacky after it dried, like the glue on scotch tape.
No such luck though and it's slow to dry like all water-based adhesives.

I notice that the PRR car has the holder on the right side, relative to the 'A' end. Was that common or just a PRR thing?

Comparing with photos, the Champ decals roadname and some other lettering is clearly better, but neither
one of them is 100% accurate. The cars were 70 ton

I went back to look at my notes and I used Champ HC-70 “ Pennsylvania RR Covered Hopper” on the second H30 built (254268) with possibly some savaging from other sets to complete the data

Pretty sure Tim know that. I think he was pointing out there were subtle differences in the typefaces on chucks models which were both is CK. I assume it was different decals.
