Ken,
You can use MV lenses or clear styrenerod. For markers and tail lights you can paint them silver and cover with Tamiyaclear red, yellow or orange as appropriate.

Clare Gilbert of Sylvan Scale Modelshas some FANTASTIC tractors and some trailers also. Nice clean resin withvery little flash and with interiors for the tractors and autos.

Here's an idea -- put Microscale Krystal Klear in a narrow tube (hypodermic needle?)
and squeeze out little dots onto flat teflon coated alumimum foil, and let them dry.
