excellent, inexpensive tweezers
10-15 years ago my employer bought some inexpensive tweezers made in India.

Cambria Iron Works in Johnstown, PA had a car works. It could be from them.
I know the Western Maryland bought some steel hoppers from them back in 1902-03, the dawn of STMFC time.

What color are these?
In Patrick Wider's article on U.S.R.A. single sheathed box cars in volume 17 of PR Cyclopedia he show two pictures (page 11) of some of prototypes that were lettered with US and had numbers 000000.
