It is said that they stayed in traffic into the early 60s possibly (?) on express traffic as the NYS&W had dispensed with its PS1 cars as discussed on the group earlier.

They are basically the same car a kit for these 36' fowlers is available from Westerfield kits I have just built one the NYW&S version.

Many of the photos in the flickr collection need to be flipped.
I'm about 98% certain it is East St Louis. The collection title
is from whoever uploaded the photos. It's not all SP stuff.

I flipped it horizontally, which helps a bit; the tank car looks to be Monsanto. I don't recognize either the location or the diesel paint scheme. The Barriger website says it's from

It probably doesn't help that the image is reversed, look at the NKP box car just after the switcher. Also, that insulated tank car with the dome platform, is that the Wabash "follow the flag"

The information you have seems to indicate that you did see some equipment diagrams.
I missed those O-22a. From the notes in the SofE these cars had "wood bottoms" so they lost their drop
