well like I said this was damn near 40 years ago and yes Floor wax would
turn yellow after a time.
This has been in the box for that time and due to the lack of caring on
the part of NH will

Could be some interaction between the acrylic and the underlying paint -- Future has no
pigment in it so I don't see how it could turn yellow. Floquil Glaze has a yellowish cast and

It can be brushed on as well; it naturally flattens itself. I have used it to make scratches disappear for example.
But if you're doing the whole carside then as Bruce says use an airbrush.

But what about the doors?
It looks like a plug door arrangement, with generous clearance in the upper door track...
but no ice hatches to indicate

I have been using Future for about 20 years. It is the most optically clear gloss I have ever seen. I've never thinned it. If anything I wish it's viscosity was a little thicker. If

It is my understanding that the formula for Future has changed over the years and that the formula used in the early 1990s was prone to yellowing. However the new formula (late 1990's?)

That is probably the reason that floors that have been waxed with Future
and others need to be stripped occasionally, especially commercial floors.

I have found a few patents that are similar to the ends in the photo.
Remember that the ends actually manufactured often did not follow any
