S scale is not a "weirdo" scale; it's market is just much than the "Big 3" (HO, N, O). S scale has a very devout following of builders.

JP, That's a model Stan Rydarowicz kitbashed for me over 10 yrs ago. If memory serves me he used a Mantua "Heavies" reefer with Red Caboose X29 roof and ends. The door hardware is from Grandt
