The availability of Archer rivets has made it -so- much easier now
to scratchbuild your own box car sides! Roofs and ends are available.
Why not take a whack at it?

Take a look at Accurail's 40' plug door/sliding door models. I got a few kits on e-bay about a month ago. You'll need to do some modification to the kit. But at least these models have the 3

That's what kit-bashing is for...
At then of the process, you need the decals.
As long as models with the right roof, ends and underframe are available, and the right doors, you should be good
