....well I guess I could use my teeth. :>] Seriously, though, the stryrene is very soft under a sharp exacto blade. 4-5 passes at the most.

Thanks Mike, guess you can tell I don't buy many plastic models : ))
Then I guess I'd keep cutting till I was through on the sides and use a saw to cut across the roof inside the ends, then file

And I have been harping for years about the inexcusable rectangular panel roof
supplied by Intermountain for their 1937 AAR boxcar. Which is odd, seeing that
it WAS Intermountain who cut the tool
