No PRR box cars intentionally got large initials only, at least on the PRR.
Some X29B, X43 and X44 I have photos of got stenciled off-line with initials
and numbers, but they are clearly not PRR

The Shadow Keystone drawing was issued April 14, 1954. The change from 9" to
7" numerals and the addition of the 7" "PRR"

I believe Widget is the one who had the broken tip bits...I asked for replacement drills without broken tips but they couldn't supply them and refunded my money.
