Hmmm....well...I don't know what's going on. The box clearly says kit 2002 6k 5 course tank UTLX. There is no photo of such an animal in Ted's tank car book but there is a photo of a USQX car on

SC&F UTLX 6k Standard Tank Car
Resin season has started and I broke open my SC&F kit 2002 and...sigh....once again there is no prototype info or photo. I guess I should know better but, darn it, these kits are not inexpensive.

I failed to say that joints in the stick rail were not only low, but were staggered thereby inducing the oscillation. The oscillation increased with train speed until the cars were weaving in and out
