Jerry,
The Quanah Route book by Don L. Hofsommer has some information and Mr. Hofsommer may have photos he did not use in his book (mostly a history text).

Ooops,
They were repainted and marked "CHESAPEAKE & OHIO" over "A800" etc at the Saginaw shops and marked "SAG 7-48" just before the For Progress mono took affect. There is a Bob's Photo image

Ted Culotta did an 'Essential Freight Cars' on that kit and wasn't too
impressed either with the model or with it's decals - he printed his own. (RMC

Don,
I agree and Hobbylinc has the single action Paasche Model H kit for $47.99. I also have a Paasche double action model V but I still prefer my 50 year old Model H.

Re: PRR freight cars (one FS)
Speaking of Overland H31C, I have one, new in box and unpainted. It's not likely one would have ever been in the area I model, so I'd like to part with it. Best offer.
Off-list, please reply

Re: PRR freight cars
It is an H31c rebuilt all steel from the H31b WWII composite hopper. Complete number would be 221090. These cars kept their number when rebuilt.

Re: NYC 324000 & 751000-999 series gons
Thanks for bringing that to my attention Al. It is helpful, and Ted's modelling of the brake gear will serve if an AB brake is used.
Not being a student of the NYC, I don't have much info to go on

Ever wonder what goes on, on that siding you added for
the grain elevator kit you built?
Here is a link to a great short film on a typical day in a life of a
