Simple answer… not really. These cars were extensivly used in pig
iron. sand and limestone service and Southern had several different
designs of low side steel gons.

I sit corrected... :-[ Thanks for the info. It was the "GSC"
that confused me. GSC did not exist until 1928, but the Tichy
Commonwealth truck could have been sold under the GSC name
after 1929, when

this is why I use a lot of Evergreen supplies. I take what is, then
redo it with more accurate materials and up dated details. They do
work out to be acceptable with the
