I don't think that either of those is a steam era freight car and therefore they are not within the purview of this list. You might want to ask on a list that considers a more modern era

Athearn and Atlas tank comparison
The new Athearn 20900 gal non-insulated tank is almost I dentical to the Atlas 20,700 gal tank but is about 8 feet shorter. Is either correct?

How about starting with something sticky on the wheel face and around the journals, maybe brushed-on Floquil grimy black. Then blow or sprinkle on some sort of fine powder, say coarsely-ground
