yep... but I didn't mention Vit D. BTW mage doses long term can mess with your other metals, so be sure to inform you doc on everything you are taking. Even the "paprika" or whatever your neighbor

Still encourage you to get the rtPCR test to confirm. I'm sure you are in touch (by phone) with your primary, so don't consider this medical advice, but for non rx, as about Zinc and vit B3. Zn
