Can think of a couple obvious places that the SOO could profitably
utilize express reefers. They would be Duluth and Vancouver BC.
In both cases it would be loading fish.

On the subject of REA Express Reefers....
I am struck by the absence of some major roads having REA Express Reefers.....
For example, the CB&Q.
Other roads operating in similar territory had them...
