specific font, but if all you are looking for is a source of computer
fonts that are generally close to what the certain railroads

Some planned doors from Dan Hall
Dan Hall has some more doors in the works: a 7' wide "overnight" style door used in pairs for Santa Fe Fe-26 Furniture cars, and a 6' wide "overnight" style door for a 10-6 IH ATSF single door boxcar.
