Interchange of Mexican freight cars?

Looking through the ORER there are quite a few Mexican railroads with a sizeable number of cars. It seems to me that Canadian cars were quite freely interchanged but not those from Mexico. How

I was thinking of that, but I only need one 40' MILW XM/XML for my layout. If the rib cars were only, say, 2% of the MILW fleet, I'd look elsewhere.

Nicely detailed PLASTIC automobiles would be a better choice than the heavy Mini-Metals 1958 chevy's for a load due to weight. My loaded flat car (properly weighted for empty operation)

Kadee PS-2/B&O N-43 Covered Hoppers

I don't remember seeing this posted on this group so I thought I would
mention it. One of the early PS-2 covered hopper buyers was the B&O,
