Mainline Modeller.

It may stand for the Ostereiche Bundesbahn (OBB) which translated into English is the Austrian State Railroad. They were innovators and had many improvements to the steam locomotive.

That looks like a Buckeye truck. Railworks sells brass trucks
of that type, but they'll cost you as much as the kit!
