models a cast frame 4 truck flat whose main components were commercial
castings purchased by several roads. While SP is not

Richard - Never say never. I have a photo of N-9 121720 hopper taken in 1904, freshly repainted and riding on T-section trucks. As far as I can determine all N-9s were delivered with PSC arch bars.
