Correct. WAY too big.
Well, not really, as the Athearn tank scales out to about 10,500 gals., and ICC-104s and insulated ICC-103s weren't built in that size. Of course, you could shorten the tank

Several companies produced chlorine in the steam era; Dow and
Hooker are just two that come to mind at the moment. I think
American Cyanamid and Niagara Alkali did as well, but I'd have
