Isn't there a slight problem with Menzies (and Youngstown doors on brass box cars) i.e. you shouldn't see the shapes of the tackboards and door rollers etc. from the inside?

Youngstown doors are corrugated on the back. You are correct about Menzies. Sunshine also offers them in their Southern/ITC double sheathed auto car kits with interiors. Superiors are flat.
