Bill,
AFAIK, John Burroughs sells his products by direct sale, and that is how I order them. Don't recall seeing a distributor ad for Reboxx.

The 1960s are, of course off-topic for this list. However, the Northern Refrigerator Car Co. (reporting marks NRC) had its own ORER entries in the early '60s, including the NIHX cars. By 1965

There was a PRR yard shot from Sandusky (?) recently.
The place this was posted has slipped away along with

David P. Morgan Library
I have purchased several of the Kalmbach books recently as I
contemplate actually putting down some track on two modules I have
built, and want to note the one's on "Operations" and "Freight Yards"

Rob;
nice clear photo would be the one at page 166 of UTLX 59814 in the tank
car book. Right?
Only for those UTLX cars. The two UTLX prototypes cars I have examined
in person had the channels used

Tony,
Thanks for the adjustment to my memory. I know it is not to be trusted
to any great extent. I should look things up before posting. FGE it is.

Re: What did REA Refrigerator carry ?
I was using the term "LCL" in a less than precise meaning. I
was referring to the fact that often what was shipped in REA
cars was not "full loads" ... and not to the precise, industry
standard
