Yes, Precision Scale does sell direct. I've been ordering from them by fax, and that's been fast and convenient. Since Walthers doesn't have detailed PSC listings in its catalog any more,

MP Flatcars 99325 -99412 series.
I found two photos of these cars in "Classic Freight Cars" Vol. 6 (pg
28). Both photos date from later than this list covers, but the cars
appear to be an older design. I found the series in 1975
