Certainly not the F-70-4, which was a depressed-center car (pretty serious kitbash) and was covered with rivets to boot. The -3 is indeed the 60-ft. class, though there were only 130 cars

It's undec, but includes an excellent set of decals. The wood

one of these SP flat cars as they climb around Horseshoe Curve.

Dan Smith pointed out to me that the kit can be bashed very
accurately into the 60 foot F-70-3 (?) and that by changing
the end sill details, one can model the F-70-4. He said there
is a Video Rails
