It wouldn't be any different than when a friend of mine entered totally
rebuilt a brass N8 cabin car, adding scratch built trainphone antennae
to the roof and entered it in a regional NMRA

You think you have problelms. Years ago I tried to enter a 2 1/2 scale
derrick in a PCR contest. They would not accept it even for display only. Their
reason was there wasn't any NMRA standards
