Ted,
Seaboard came out of receivership in 1946 during the post WWII boom.
They fell into recievership in 1929 when they got hit by the Florida
land bust and the Great Depression simultaneously.

reports for UP (1940s), Santa Fe (40s), Seaboard (40s), NYC (30s), and a
