I think the ICC Valuation was ordered in 1910 and largely completed by
1915. It may have formed the basis for the payments the USRA made to the
railroads for "damages" after USRA control ended, but

covered in a Naperville clinic last year that also covered the
astonishing history of renumberings of SLSF box cars during
that time period.

Misinformation about ICC Valuation Series?!!
There are some folks at another site that are convinced that there is
a link btw the USRA during WWI and the Interstate Commerce Commision
Valuation Series, particualry the maps.

They were available at first, but sold out quickly. I think a lot of people
put them on their old TM-Walthers cars they had painted CGW. I hope they have
restocked the doors now that the car is
