The OSL 5000-5299 (25000-25299) series? I had thought those were regular
drop-door gondolas like the Standard Steel Car gons that followed them in
1902-3.

NYC truss rod caboose
It's been a LONG time since I was in H0, but I think either Trains (of Chicago or Lambert imported a brass NYC wood caboose with T-section Bettendorfs, because I remember having one.

Sanborn maps for any town that had industries served
by rail, you'll see the usefulness thereof to the many
historian/modelers that populate this
