Re: Tangent GATC 8,000 Gallon 1917-Design Radial Course Tank Car
Decals are easy. May have to “cut and paste” to get an appropriate number and other data.

Re: Tangent GATC 8,000 Gallon 1917-Design Radial Course Tank Car
Ken:
The kit will allow you to (appropriately) omit the dome ladder and platform on the right side.
Finding good decals that will readily do this car may prove challenging. Good luck!

Re: K4 Decals
John,
I just used them on an F&C 70 ton L&NE cement hopper for a friend in NJ
They went on well, snuggled down well. One thing I noticed is the ink is elastic once on the car. So if you want to

The car is clearly stenciled: “Bad order Do not load” and is a G27. Guess somebody was functionally illiterate?

United Gas Improvement Company gas facility
Hi List Members,
The photo linked below shows us the United Gas Improvement Company gas facility.
There is a nice trio of twin hoppers present, all appear to be lettered with UGI road numbers.

Ordered the kit. No great savings but I just like to roll (build) my own....
Now I need 1945-1952 period deals for UTLX.

John,
I have seen and purchased decals from this company. I asked the same question on a couple IO boards and never received an answer. You would think there would be a lot of interest in a new decal

I've bought them but not used them yet. When I asked the same question the answers I received was that the white is a bit opaque.

It may be apocryphal, but I was told that early CB&Q paint shop instructions for mixing mineral red (the Q called it Indian Red) was by the number of handfuls of the red pigment they mined in Wyoming

Nice find, Bob! Thanks for sharing.
A G27 in its prime, including “BAD ORDER DO NOT LOAD”! Gotta love that!

Re: IM Parts Sprues [was New IM Cars Arrive]
All,
I've ordered direct from IM previously and also last year, by email.
Gave them part type and amount and a couple of weeks later envelope with goodies arrived.
Small parts fee, free shipping.
