BGR Group (John Newland) produced resin kits for passenger cars
Norwest Kits (Brian Pate) produced resin kits for both American and Canadian cars.

I think you're correct Eric, as the "& Pacific" was post bankruptcy in the late 20's. Given the 1923 date of the photo, your pre-depression era skills preside again!
