I found the photo on page 392 of the 1937 CBC.
However the drawings make it look like there is aconcave shape to the top of the cast to allow the tank to be cradled.

Probably should have stated the drawings for the cast commonwealth part of the tank:-)! The tanks made are accurate for the most part except for that casting.
