Except that UTLX 4068 is a 10000 gallon Van Dyke car, builtcirca 1911. It would need to be bigger.

That car is the classic Van Dyke tank car. Can be done with the PSC kit in 6K version.
Richard did an article on the standard gauge build some time ago, someone will
remember where.
