The drop doors don't drop, any more than a Tyco boxcar door opens.
In other words, one solid molding. I'd answer in more detail, but I don't think I have a kit any more.

According to the 1954 IC Freight Car Diagram 94000-95499 were numbered in that series when built in 1953. The diagram says they were built with Standard Railway Equipment Company

The car is Class R-30-16, with wood-sheathed sides and ends and a panel steel roof. In 1955 and for the rest of the duration of this list, PFE ice cars were specified to receive BCR roof and ends.
