This sounds the same as the Roland printer, which also uses UV curable ink. As far as I know, Jerry Glow was not using an ALPS, but rather a service that had either a Roland machine or similar. I say

Precision Scale also did 6 dome wine tank cars; I have one each of the
Madera and Martini Winery cars, SHPX 6611 and 6614 respectively.
