Re: Trucks for Sunshine Kits
Yes, but many of their trucks are 3rd party trucks you can get quicker from
the actual manufacturer.

Trucks for Sunshine Kits
Pardon the perhaps basic question. Can the trucks listed with most/many Sunshine kits be ordered from Sunshine without also ordering the kit(s)? Like many folks, I've got a backlog of Sunshine kits

OMI two dome tank car
The subject of this model last came up, as far as I can find out, on this list back in '04. I thought I would myself submit it again.
The model is OMI-3230, described on the box as GATC 10,000 Gal.

I don't know, Jim, I model in S "scale" and I'm somewhat weird. But I do have your steamera kits. (Required content)

Bruce is, as usual, correct. The round roof cars were a clever
expedient to produce taller cars that would fit through all but a
small number of early '30s main line railroad clearance limits.

Re: Future SMMW announcements
In my opinion Jim, this is a good way to limit the number of people that know about SMMV and what it is doing and is a step backwards. I hope you will reconsider your marketing strategy.

Lou,
The ACF builder's photo of DL&W 86000 shows the right side of the car.
There is a single roping staple shown, located near the "A" end. It's
attached to either an angle or possibly a Z-section

I'm working on a DL&W twin hopper car in the series 85500 - 86499 as illustrated on page 100 of Bob Karig's book, Coal Cars. I also have a few in-service photos of these cars.
It appears to me that
