Those are a bit unusual for GKd's, since those generally rode on the existing trucks from the donor GKa's and GKb's. May have been a substitute for some of the experimental trucks on the GKb

Acrobat is a fine choice for many things...but I'm with Tony on this one. MRH would have done themselves a big favor by using an older version to ensure backwards compatibility with more potential

My iMac runs 10.1.11 and there was no issue in
downloading or viewing MRH. I had to download
Acrobat Reader, and then everything went
smoothly. I was quite surprised.

To further explain Dennis' answer, I told him that for 20 years we replaced the old polyester castings with the new castings at our cost. And indeed, we did offer all hobby shops a free replacement

It works fine on OSX 10.4.11, as that's what I'm running right now.
Acrobat Pro version 8.0.0 doesn't work, though.
