Anyone notice that the wrecker used to set the car on blocking is still in the scene in the fourth photo?
My best guess... the car was damaged in a wreck and the parts gathered together for shipment

What struck me was that the stirrups were removed and reattached, inverted and tucked inside the grab irons.
