CGW PS-2
There's a good builder's photo of a CGW PS-2 in an old RMJ. The car
is a dark color, but the photo is b&w. Were these cars black or some
oxide red color? The car body seems to match the truck

bell here. I doubt they could do it unless your subsequent load(s) are
compatible and the deadheads are really that

The railroads have been trying to eliminate scales for most of the past century. I cannot conceive that the railroads collectively would agree to weigh tank cars post 1960 when they had refused
