REA Wood Express Reefers
Walthers is selling REA Wood Express Reefers, #'s 932-5471 & 932-5485. When did REA quit using wood cars? Specfically were they in use in the 1948-1950 period? Or were they steel by then? Thanks, Paul

Haskell & Barker 1913 Gondola
The Chicago & Western Indiana RR had several Haskell & Barker, 40 ft, Wood Side-Dump gondolas. Some were still in use in 1960. #1185, built in 1913, was at the Illinois Railway Museum the last I saw.
