Bruce, My intent was not to give a hard and fast timetable schedule but rather to point out that there was plenty of time to adhere to the 28 hour rule and no need for waivers. At least for the FW-8.

I got a look at the new Atlas reefer ..
Actually, the Barrett tank cars only shipped to distributors March 8th and to dealers approximately 2 weeks ago. The reefers shipped last September. Atlas has been months behind their project schedule
