FWIW the RS-2 wears the same livery as the Atlantic & Danville RS-2s...but I doubt it's on the A&D...Danville VA is not that flat and I don't think that the other end of the railroad in Norfolk. I see

I have some NYO&W decals that were custom made by Mal Houck back in the early 1980s that have the yellow stripes for the diesels. He told me the color was matched to Accupaint's Light Imitation Gold..
