And that's interesting, because the 7'-0" door on the 37000 series looks to me to be pretty much full height. Model-wise, if I simply build another one of these cars, it wouldn't be out of place. But

I built one of those Walthers URTX reefers. It was a good car, for its day, and the Duryea underframe was somewhat well represented, at least the crossbearers, but there was no draft gear extension. M
